2. Services and Engagement

Xperts Arena provides digital transformation, business automation, and software development services. All projects will be scoped and defined in a separate, mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement. The SOW shall outline project deliverables, timelines, payment schedules, and specific terms, and will take precedence over these general Terms and Conditions in case of any conflict.

3. Intellectual Property

• Our Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including our logo, designs, text, graphics, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of Xperts Arena and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reuse, republish, or reprint such content without our express written permission.

• Client Intellectual Property: Any data, information, or materials provided by you for the purpose of the project (“Client Materials”) remain your sole property. You grant Xperts Arena a limited license to use these Client Materials solely to perform the Services.

• Deliverables: Upon full payment of all fees, the final deliverables specified in the SOW will be transferred to you. Xperts Arena retains the right to use any pre-existing code, libraries, and frameworks, and to showcase the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services:

• For any unlawful purpose.

• To submit false or misleading information.

• To upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code.

• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Xperts Arena makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of our website or the information, content, and services included thereon.
